Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

All Threading Treasures wholesale orders are considered final sale, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Damages, Defects & Order Errors

Please inspect all merchandise promptly upon receipt.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs when applicable so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because backordered and preorder merchandise may be placed into production specifically to fulfill wholesale orders, cancellations or changes may not be accepted once production has begun.

Payments may be non-refundable once production has commenced.
