Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Opening Order
A minimum opening order of $150 wholesale is required to establish a wholesale account.

Minimum Quantities
There are currently no minimum quantities per design, allowing retailers to select the assortment that works best for their shop.

Wholesale Pricing & MSRP
Retailers are expected to maintain a minimum suggested retail price (MSRP) of 2.2 times the wholesale price for needlepoint canvases. Self-finishing paperweights and needle minders have a suggested retail price of 2 times the wholesale price. MSRP for each product is provided on the wholesale line sheet.

In-Stock Items
Payment in full is due at the time the order is placed. In-stock merchandise will be prepared for shipment promptly.

Backordered & Preorder Items
A 50% deposit is due at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due when the order is ready to ship. Backordered and preorder items are subject to current production lead times.

Availability & Lead Times
In-stock items ship promptly. Backordered and preorder items are subject to current production lead times, which may vary. Current estimated production lead time is approximately 7–9 months. Estimated lead times are not guaranteed and may be updated as production schedules change.

Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the order and will be added to the final invoice.

Territory & Exclusivity
Wholesale accounts are not granted geographic or territory exclusivity. From time to time, we may collaborate with an individual retailer to create a store-exclusive canvas or design. Any such arrangement will be agreed upon separately.

Direct-to-Consumer Sales
We value our retail partners and prioritize fulfilling retailer orders for new designs. Designs offered to wholesale retailers will generally not be offered for direct retail sale on our own website until retailer orders have been fulfilled and/or a design is being discontinued.

Cancellations & Changes
Because backordered and preorder merchandise may be placed into production specifically to fulfill wholesale orders, cancellations or changes to an order after production has begun may not be accepted. Any applicable deposit may be non-refundable once production has commenced.

Damages, Defects & Order Errors
Please inspect merchandise promptly upon receipt. Any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photographs when applicable, so that we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns
Wholesale orders are considered final sale except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Payment
Payment must be made according to the terms associated with the order. Any outstanding balance must be paid before merchandise is shipped.

Policy Changes
Wholesale pricing, minimums, shipping charges, lead times, availability, and other wholesale policies are subject to change. The terms in effect at the time an order is accepted will apply to that order.

A Bit About Me

First and foremost, I am the mom of two amazing boys; okay, at 23 and 21, they are men! I am also a wife, a daughter, a sister, a teacher, a friend, and a cat lover (Daisy, Hazel, and LouLou are very involved shopgirls). Last, but certainly not least, I am a lifelong stitcher.

From the age of five, I have experienced needlepoint as a constant companion. My WIPs have kept me grounded, supported, and nurtured throughout life’s trials and tribulations. Never was that more true than in 2021-2024, when my nest emptied and my lovely father passed away. Were it not for the hearts I stitched while sitting by his hospice bed, I would have been completely untethered.

As one does during a period of transition, I found myself contemplating “the meaning of it all.” What surfaced was a deep desire to invest in the things that fed my soul. Enter Threading Treasures.

What is Threading Treasures all about?

Creating and stitching my own designs for many years was satisfying, but I found myself craving more. The next logical, if not a little crazy, step was to start a small needlepoint business. Aware of the industry pain points - affordability and accessibility - I set out to break some rules with my new venture.

I know this is a hot take, but not everything you stitch has to be an heirloom. It’s okay to pick a canvas just because it looks fun. It’s also okay to stitch something you can self-finish, use for a while, and replace with something else later. Not everything we make has to span generations. It’s even okay to never finish something. If you are getting a benefit from stitching, you are doing it right. (And guess what? These non-heirloom pieces shouldn’t break the bank!)

My father believed wholeheartedly in the power of positive thinking. In honor of him, I designed my first canvas line to send messages of positivity into the needlepoint community and beyond. Since then, I have found canvas inspiration around every turn. Colors, patterns, seasonal changes, and memories of days gone by resonate in my designs. With everything I create and present to the world, my ultimate goal remains the same: to offer fun, manageable, affordable projects that feel good to make.

Threading a canvas - any canvas - leads to a treasure every time.
